If non smokers have non smoking pubs fine.If a pub welcomes smokers fine.All thats needed is a sign on the exterior saying smoking or non smoking.Then maybe everyone can enjoy there human rights equally,and not be subject to the dictats of people in power (put there by the voter or not!}.

This is a good statement..."porperty owners should decide" i think that is awsome......what do you think of parents smoking with minors in the car ..tell me what you think
