| Can anyone tell me what type of air cleaner will remove cigarette smoke from the air from ones home, but not make any noise. A friend of mine has asked that I purchase an Air Cleaner, but the one that he has makes a low noise that drives me nuts! I need one that will actually clean the air of nicotine, yet be noiseless. Any suggestions? |

You could try the CM-9400 Series HEPA Air Cleaners that are totally silent. Because they are for businesses (smoke shops and restaurants when you could smoke inside), they'll cost you $1000+. There is also the Ionic Breeze Quadra Silent Air Purifier. It starts out at $350 and goes upward. You can get some more information at Ionic Breeze at Sharperimage.com
The cheaper way is just to get a new friend that doesn't complain so much. |

| Yes, Black Hawk smoke shop is registered with registerfly in NJ. I heard some bad things about registerfly. Maybe angrysmoker has had better luck with them. |

Who cares.. your on their land anyway arent you? Trading blankets with small pox doesnt count as obtaining the land fairly. |

What's Black Hawk Tobacco Domain? We don't have any sites called that. Thinks for letting me know about that. Our lawyers might have to have a conversation with them. I wasn't able to find it. If you have any doubts as to our highly published identity, just click the BBB link on our website. We are a firmly established local business in Palm Springs. We don't need the Internet to survive. We do most of our business through our Brick and Mortar store. We are locally very well known. Since many of our customers have summer and winter homes, we started the mail order for them as a service for them, since Native brands are hard to find throughout most of the country.
SkydancerCigarettes.com is the site we use to promote the products of the Seneca Cayuga of Oklahoma (Skydancer, Texas Republic and Red Rock) and it is uses our address in Palm Springs. That's true. All you have to do is click on the SSL certificate link on any of the site pages and you'll get that information. We heavily promote Skydancer in all of our activities.
Palm Springs is one of the most interesting Native American areas in the country. The land is spread out like a checker board. Every other square mile belongs to the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians. In the words of the Agua Caliente, "The Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians has a government - to - government relationship with the United States of Government. As a federally recognized Tribe and sovereign tribal entity, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians has governmental authority over its reservation land and people." That basically says it all.
As for the Black Hawk Tobacco Shop directly, our owner is a member of the Sac and Fox Nation of Oklahoma. As you may know, Blackhawk was a member of the same tribe. And as you also may know, Blackhawk is the only Native American who has a war named after him, The Blackhawk War of 1832. He fought for his people and his rights. Hense, our belief in sticking up for our freedoms in the face of mass and hostile opposition.
If you have any other doubts to whether we are real or not, feel free to call us [(1-877-44TOBACCO). I like writing that number. I think it is a cool toll free number. Sometimes luck is needed in life.] We are family operated and very friendly. You won't find any disgruntled employees with us. We also like to talk on the phone and prefer that to all other mediums. That's probably why the phone is always busy. So don't be surprised if you don't get through on the first try.
We don't have anything to do with the sale of non Native American products. I say that constantly. That means we don't sell Marlboro. We might be the only Native American shop that refuses to sell commercial brands on principle. (We consider selling non Native products to be a betrayal to the Native American tribes that have fought so hard to produce their own brands. Why should we make money for the multi-national tobacco industry, when we can support our own people?) We also sell more than tobacco. We will be expanding our collection of local Tribal art to the website in the near future. Though "near future" is relative to how much time I happen to have in 2006.
I hope that explains everything. If you read my old posts, I say this stuff over and over. You might also think that because of some of my posts that I am anti-American. That's not true. I love this country. That's a fact. |

| It's no big deal who hosts the website. It only matters where the store is anyway. These people are pretty cool. They even post their picture on their site. |

Well, the size of the unit is about 1'x 1' and it weighs about 12 pounds. the uv bulb has a three year warranty, and the only maintenance you have to do is some light (5-10 min) cleaning every 30 days - the machine will tell you when cleaning is needed-. The cost was a little under $750. This unit will purify a house up to 3000 SQ Feet. If you need some more info just let me know. |
