THEY CAN'T. It is the single greatest flaw in logic that they have. All are flawed, but this is their basis for all bans, and it is a Hoax that is easily proven.

I've thought for a long time that these guys are paid posters. I think they are also responsible for trashing the site with poker, herpes and other postings when they are losing.
But I don't think we are anywhere near seeing the last of them. Once they are discredited under their present names, they'll assome another, pop up and start all over again. Jared is the latest example.
The whole thing is coming down to a full court press. Yesterday, I heard radio spots promoting the ban and spouting the same propaganda points we have been following. Only, there we can't counter them without spending $100k a week on radio time. Hope the restaurant associations or someone picks up the cause.
In the meantime, we just got to keep of the good fight. Thanks again to you, Torquemeda and all of the rest of you guys who have been tangling and smashing these twits. |

I hope its helping. They seem to have no answers and lose each debate. But that of course in my perspective.
With what happened in London, and since they make no clear argument, I think I'm going to hit the "terrosism through Hoax numbers" angle pretty hard. Whats to lose? |

The "terrorism through number" idea sounds great. You keep coming up with great angles.
The banners' tactics, I think, are to keep coming back with the same crap in a circular manner with new pseudonyms (like Jared) that they think that they'll wear us down. Kind of like Korea where the Chinese would send wave after wave of troops until our machine guns overheated and there were mountains of corpses in front of our lines.
Then, again, these guys are ant-like. |

I really don't try to create "angles" DC. I try to hit straight on.
I let the pro-ban side create angles, then I try to show how dishonest an "angle" can be.
Benish's latest is that the burdon of proof is on the Manufaturer. Who manufactures Tobacco?

I think that Benish and Logandude are entering the climax run as the investor world terms it. It's when something has had such a run-up that it can't sustain itself and it burns itself out. In this case, as I have seen many times before, these guys run so long and get so outrageous, they finally go over the deep end, then they disappear only to be reborn under another pseudonym where they start the same argument at stage one. I think Dominicus has reached that stage since I finally shut the door on him.
Liberty, you are probably tight in that Benish and Logandude are the same. I have long felt that, considering the amount of money RWJF is putting into this effort, there are paid staffers in some office somewhere whose sole job is to throw up the cheap arguements or trash the BnB site as we have seen lately.
I know that this gets tiring but what you guys are doing is valuable. We can't let these idiots look like they've won. I'm sure that DC Council staffers are watching what is going on here. The banners will keep on trying to dizzy us out with their circular arguments and multiple pseudonyms, but unless we tough it out, these assholes will win.
Please remember that this is the trophy city, the nation's capitol. For them, it will all be downhill from there.

D.C.,
I was in your fair city this past weekend for a conference. I missed the BtB rally although I was in Georgetown Friday night (Old Glory). Several folks told me that they saw a lot of people wearing BtB shirts down there Friday night. By the way, I was at several bars over the weekend and I didn't see anyone dropping dead from SHS. Everyone I saw was having a good time and most were smoking. |
