| Ordered 5 Marlboro 72s in the green box(I swear they are different than the blue box!)for 17.49 ea + about $16 for shipping on 5/25 from tobacco corner. Got them today (UPS) 5/27! This was my first time but wont be my last. |

Didn't you know that UPS is reporting Cigarette deliveries to your Tax Authorities.UPS is off limits.I'm sure there are people here to confirm that.Odds are you have already been reported.I hope,for your sake,that they overlook your order. Any Cigarette site using UPS is off limits to me and should be for everyone else. |

Ordered 2 ct. Marlboro on Mon, Apr 25 2005, and received them today, Mon, May 9th.
Signed delivery through reg. postal mail.
We are going to order again. I'm impressed how they kept contact through email regarding my order (order received, payment approved, order shipped). |

| I ordered from Cigmall.net on the 5th of May. I never recieved an order conformation.I e-mailed them about my order, and never recieved a response. Has anyone else not gotten a response from them? They did bill my credit card. I know it can take a few weeks to get the shipment, but Im starting to wonder. |

It's definitely a little early to be afraid - it's only been 9 business days since you placed the order! It takes a little longer than that. Email them at support@cigmall.net if you have a question.
I ordered from them on May 14, spoke to Emily at that email address. Tell them Bill of smokinglobby.com sent you (no, I don't get referral $). If they don't respond tell me and I'll email them, but they are very good about answering questions on my orders. |

I've had no problems with CigMall. Is there anyone out there that has recieved a shipment in the past week or so? I'd like to re-order from them, but am hesitant due to "lights" remarks. I'd say my shipments usually take about 2 weeks to arrive and I'm in NYC. They have always kept me quite up to date on my order status and always request that I send them an email when they arrive.

| Bill fowarded me a response from them. They said the package has shipped. Im just wondering why they didnt respond to my emails since I had been reading other posts about how they send you a conformation. Im sure Ill recieve my order soon. As soon as I recieve it, I will let you know. |
