Yes, an undeclared shipment via USPS. It's safe to sign for them.

Took 11 days but no problems here with Cig-Mall.
Like B Williams said they come registered but I contacted Cig Mall on this and it is only to make sure they got there. One Box and not individual envelopes like the others. They seem a lot more polite in their e-mails than Yesmoke..each e-mail as got a personal response to you and none of this computer generated garbage.
The taste to me is better than American, a little smother I think..

How did you get Marlboro red for only 10.70 per pack?

He didn't get Marlborough. It was Winston.

How do you pay for the cigarettes from Cigmall?

You can pay for cigmall cigarettes by credit card, just not mastercard. Mastercard's the only one that made a corporate rule for not accepting cigarette orders. The others are just following US law. I know the indians aren't in the US, but somehow they were talked into following this law.

All right, I just sent an order to cigmall and I'm hoping for the best!

I thought this was neat, though,
this was the last line of my email verification....

"We would be very grateful to you if you inform us as soon as you receive this order. Thank you for your time."

I've never had any place actually WANT me to contact them upon receiving an order. It's nice... but it kind of makes me nervous, too, y'know? *fingers crossed!*

I would be very interested in hearing too. I am going to need to reorder soon. I can't decide if I should try overseas again or just give in and buy them here....althought it would REALLY irritate me to pay for them here. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. Please let us know.

I'm interested in ordering through cigmall, but so far I've been apprehensive to do so since the yesmoke debacle. I'm particularly concerned about the fact that the packages are sent with registered mail. If I am not mistaken that means you have to sign for the packages when they arrive or go pick them up at the post office and sign there if you're not home. I'm kind of concerned that signing for registered packages creates another paper trail for the tax man to follow if they wanted to.

That's just to prove you got them. It's the US mail, so it's very hard to track now. You might get taxed on them if they figure out a way to get that information. Add your state excise tax + federal excise + state sales tax + any local excise taxes. If it's less or about the same as a carton of cigarettes at your store, it's worth taking the chance.
