I have tried many times to get in touch with k2smokes.com but to no avail. There only responce is "Smokes are delayed, but they have been shipped". They seem to feel that since they shipped smokes(to US customs) they are not responsible if I don't recieve them.
They also say there is no way to track these shippments once they leave there warehouse, true or not?
The money I saved is all in vein, as they owe me over $200.00 in smokes to date.

| Since I purchased these smokes with a "debit" card, bank says I authorized the transaction, so It cannot be reversed. |

| I was also pretty pissed off as I have waited since November to receive 6 cartons that they at K2smokes charged me for as the prices in NJ are just too much. I finally received my fourth carton today after about 15 e mails to complain to their company. I'm still owed 2 more cartons and have been told that all my orders are on their way. I hope that this was some kind of consolation to you out there who feel that you've been ripped off, as I did, from this jackass company. Im glad to know that Im not alone. |

| i have threatened them with legal action and finally they sent part of the order. each time i complain to them and ask questions they never respond, ie: ask for a supervisor, registered agents name and address of the company, owner info, etc. they kept blaming customs and even told me at one point it would arrive any day (a lie). I told them i did not care about customs--they had my money and i wanted my product and i asked them specifically what was the problem at customs again and again and i finally got an email that said basically that the u.s. customs is holding it due to tax problems and )(sounds like the company is not doing business on the up and up with customs either unless that is an excue. they went on to say that if i wanted to order cigarettes (yea right) I could easily now as they have moved to a location (another country that does not have that problem with customs that they claim they had with these already paid for cigarettes that never arrived. |

glad to hear i am not the only one getting screwed..i have recieved 2 cartons out of the 8 i have been waiting on since Nov...but i have not stopped the emails and i don't plan on stopping until i get my stuff..thanks  |

| It is possilbe that your shipment can not be tracked form k2smokes. I used to send packages overseas, and there wasn't tracking available once it left the United States. |

At least some of you are getting responses. I have not heard a word in over three weeks when they said I had to re-submit my order that they do not give refunds. They don't even have a phone number to reach them so it is easy to ignore our emails.
WOW, I wish I had seen some of these 2004 posts BEFORE I placed my orders with a RIPOFF COMPANY. If they were in the USA I think we could do something. I don't know about a UK based company. I think we got SCREWED!!!!!
How is it that I am now receiving hundreds of emails from dissatisfied customers of k2smokes? How did they get my email address?  |

Last month I purchased one carton of non filter Camels soft pack from the UK. I received the carton.The cigarette packs looked just like the Camels I've been buying for the last forty years in the United States, but the taste was much milder, and the nicotine was about two thirds less. These Camels are not the same. Does anyone know where I can buy the regular soft pack Camels. I even contacted R.J. Reynolds. They were of no help.
