I paid my last order (which I never received) with my Capital One CC. I followed Yesmoke's email advice, call them asking for a charge back and they issued it without hesitation.
I'd say you were unlucky or the rep was having a bad day. |

I had sent off a letter to rebelsmokes inquiring address and phone support.
After a letter couple of letters passed between us, they indicated they also had orders on that plane as well.
I took it as it wasn't just a Yessmoke thing afterall but more of an anti swiss thing

| One other thing, the last shipment I lost was ordered Oct 29, with scheduled ship date of Nov2. I paid for priority ahipping, so if they waited I guess it could have been on the plane, but that would violate their prioity shipping pledgee. |

| Is it too wearly to make a list of YS alternatives? I know RYOT will be on it, but for the rest of us: are there any established, reliable, and discrete sources for cheap cigarettes; and, if so, can we rank them by cheapest to most expensive? |

| The best you can do right now are the Native American sites. Twice the price as Yesmoke, but very reliable and still tax-free. |

I ordered 2 cartons from cigoutlet.net in the middle of December and received them Jan 14. $10.45 + $4.00 shipping per carton. About the same total as YS was. Winston lights....quality is good.

WHAT UNCLE SAME DOESNT REALIZE I FILE TAXES EVERY YEAR .DAMN ILL HAVE ONE GOOD REFUND NEXT YEAR .. THEY ARE CLAIMABLE ON YOUR TAXES PEOPLE ;
STATE WOULD LOSE THE MONEY IF YOU WENT TO THE CORNER STORE THEY"VE ALREADY BEEN TAXED RIGHT
SO THE EXTRA MEESLY 36.CENT IS NOTHING
bUT ORDER FROM THE INTERNET AND EVERY CARTON IS TAXED DEPENDING ON THE STATE 15.00 .
Now heres the good news ;; If you buy indian ciggs {like myself Seneca brand } there not sold locally and from what im told from where i order
they cant sell off the indian reservation why ;; Da theyer exempt from paying taxes .
So as the indians say If uncle sam wants our ciggs to sell thru out the retailers they will have to pay the price .to the reservation . and any money they earn from them{ny } ;;part of that also goes back to the reservation . Plus you can claim taxes on them .See we will win ;;But for now be very careful ;;
