Guest,
Sounds like that was the best answer re. Customs. Unless you have received a letter stating the cigs were confiscated-all you know for sure is that you ordered and payed for a legal product that you didn't recieve. As far as I'm concerned it shouldn't matter what exactly happened to the package. You ordered it, payed for it, and didn't get it-therefore you are entitiled to a credit for merchandise not received. |

Truthfully guys,
We really don't know(For Sure) if the packages we ordered were indeed confinscated by customs unless we got a letter.
I have a gut feeling that orders that were placed earlier like the last week of October were never shipped by Yesmoke. If they were we would have recieved them unless they were confinscated on a smaller level.
Even then we should have got a notice from customs..
I did a chargeback with A-express online, you can dispute it there without even talking to them. unless Yesmoke responds to the Charge Back within a given lenght of time ,You will be given a credit back to your account. |

Well apparently American express says they want proof that the items were never recieved. After they credited my account
They go on to say that merchandise purchased Overseas cannot be returned, cancelled or refused without written authorization from the merchant.
I called them and told them to go to yesmokes website to the page were it states that refunds may be obtained through your credit card company.
This ole thing stinks and all because yesmoke Won't issue a credit.
Although Yesmoke never seemed to have problems with taking your money they darn sure ain't holding up to their 100 per cent money back guarantee.
Yesmoke vowed privacy for their customers and they are now making their own customers go public with it through the CC companies.
Yesmoke WHY THE HELL DON"T YOU HOLD UP TO YOUR GUARANTEE??
You knew that chargebacks woudn't be easy..
and why the HELL don't you respond to your E-mails.
Sorry Bill had to get that off my chest..
BTW great site Bill. |

| Thanks for the info. I will cancel my AMEX account tomorrow. They're the only card company I heard of that wouldn't give us our money back. Shame on them. |
