Looks like the bill passed the house by 90% yes votes.
Only thing to do now is watch while it passes the senate, then watch as Mr. president signs it into law..... or contact your senator, as if it would influence their vote. |

The Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act of 2009 ("PACT Act") (S.1147) is scheduled for consideration by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Thursday, November 5th. This legislation contains, among other bad ideas, a provision which would make ALL cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products nonmailable. This bill has already been passed by the House, and if approved by the Senate Judiciary Committee, could be sent to the full Senate floor for a vote at any time! |

I have no idea about that, but it's a lil too late to inform them. The senate judiciary committee is going to discuss this tomorrow morning.
Don't the native americans have a union? How are they going to make a living? |

The whole point is just to entrap us and force us to endure governmental punishment and excessive taxation. The perverts don't want us to have any way to escape their abuse. |

The Congressman that brought this bill up has the Postal Unions as his biggest campaign contributor.
