A cop once stopped me for seatbelt violation. I asked him, “Who is the injured party?” . He said “The State of New Mexico.” The State of New Mexico doesn’t exist; New Mexico state exists. When I asked him, “If I were to call The State of New Mexico to the stand, who would show up?” He didn’t know how to answer me because no one would or could show up. No name in upper case letters can be an injured party because it is a fiction, (A legal fiction, Corporation) an entity created by the government.
Only flesh and blood living souls can be ‘injured’.

Banks are prohibited from lending their ‘own money’ from their own assets, or from other depositors.
So from where did the money come? The contract we signed (our promissory note) was converted into a ‘negotiable instrument’ by the bank and became an asset on the bank’s accounting books. According
to the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) 1-201(24) and 3-104, it was our signature on the note which made the money.
Our promissory note (‘money’) was taken, recorded as an asset of the bank, and sold by the bank for cash, without ‘equal valuable consideration’ given to us for our note. (Which by the way is fraud.)
