| i think i read somewhere that one way u can keep your ryo cigarettes fresh is that u can store them in a canning jar and if they start to get alittle dry to put a small piece of damp (not wet) paper towel in the jar. will this work? another thing, has anyone heard anymore about the tobacco hopper attachment that was suppose to be for the premier-supermatic? |

Hi --
Commercial tobacco, including the vast majority of the RYO brands, have additive that include organic oils like coconut oil, cocoa oil, and others that will go rancid if left at room temperature. Real tobacco, unadulterated, when kept at 70% humidity and 70F (the 70/70 rule) will only get better with age.
To keep commercially produced tobacco fresh, you have to keep it in the fridge or freezer. That will degrade the quality of the smoke, but hey, you aren't tasting the tobacco much anyhow, mostly the additives are used for the flavor.
