I smoke Marlboro lights, and ordered a MYO starter kit from cigarettetobacco.com The tobacco I ordered was Vengeur Light, and I ordered the premium (full strength) tubes. While it doesn't taste the same as a Marlboro Light-the tobacco was fresh, and it made a good tasting smoke. I may order from them again when I need a refill.
The MYO veterans here recommend the Premier Supermatic stuffer. I figured if I was going to get serious about making my own-I should order the best machine on the market. I got enought supplies to make two cartons of smokes for a little over 60 bucks shipped. STILL cheaper than two cartons of smokes in my state-so I figured even if I never made another cigarette after my intial order-I still saved money on the cigs, and got the machine for free. After only 2 "runs" of making my own, I can tell you it's not likely I will ever spend 52.00 for a carton of cigarettes again! |

I have not gotten a credit yet, but I have not contacted the VISA group yet, monday I will....so you are saying VISA will disbute the charge then? |

Just keeps gettin' better and better. Contacted my credit card customer service about getting a charge back or whatever the hell they call it. Soon as they found out the dispute was with Yesmoke I was turned over to a "specialist". Apparently they are so overwhelmed with disputes against Yesmoke and they created a division to handle it. Anyway, I was told the bank is not being quick on this one because the purchase was illegal. I explained the situation, that it was not illegal. He knew the whole deal and they are sending me a form to fill out to state that I did not know that it was illegal. He told me to print out from Yesmokes website where it states that it is legal, and also print where they recommend that the customer go directly to the credit card company for credit. He also told me that Customs are going to destroy all the cigarettes. Which makes getting your money back a problem....but not impossible. It will just take some time.
OK, just wanted to give everyone the heads-up and I hope the rest are having better luck with this. Myself...Delaware is 45 minutes away and cigarettes average about 27 bucks a carton so I'll be going back to monthly trips there. Merry Christmas! |

| they jacked me to out of 55.80 i placed an order on the 12th of november and i have tried emailing them since then and all i got was the same reply about holding mail but they did not offer a second shipment or offer me a refund so i just did a chargeback with my bank because the 60 day period was almost near |

I placed a order with them on 12-13-04
and still have not recieved it as of 1-16-05
when I go to there site it shoes that my
order is still processing. I have e-mailed
them everyday since and have yet to
get a responce. |

I purchased from cig-supplies on 12-13-04 its now 01-27-05 and I still
have not recieved my order and they wont respond to my e-mails.
