Runamok,

WTF are YOU smoking? You ain't the owner of this forum. So you don't have the power to kick me off of here.

If you don't like my posts, don't read them. A common sense man can understand dat well. And you think *** I *** "pollute" this forum? Considering how I neva flamed or attacked you in my recent posts, you sure are a good hypocrite when you're going against your own advice of "polluting this forum."

I post at Smokers Club, FORCES, Yahoo smoking groups, and smoking fetish forums. Do you want a deep history of where I posted at over the past 10 years, sir? LOL!!!

I will add I've donated money to FORCES before. I assume you know what FORCES is, based on this being a smokers rights site right here.

God damnit lib99. You come in here and start stirring the pot, dredging up the past and creating all kinds of controversy.

Now we've got people buzzing and posting and discussing issues of solidarity among smokers....you are just no end of trouble.

I'm sure you realize this was a sarcastic and somewhat back-handed compliment?
Okay, I guess I'll relax a little. I didn't lose a leg. I still have a pulse. Maybe I've just watched this video one too many times:

Then again, that could be just a bump before the real attack begins...

What? Such things exist? And you admit you go there?

Uhhh...yes. In fact I've written quite a few articles for them over the last several years that have appeared on their news portal and I post in the Tavern quite regularly.

Now, back to your "contributions" here. You're certainly free to post as you wish but your manner and tone are not conducive to constructive discussion. They often leave me, and I'm sure others, trying to figure out what the hell your point is.

Often times I wonder if you're not just trying to goad others into a racial reference so you can go off on them. I've seen it before.

So.....welcome back.

I was going to do a big LOL on your original post runamok, but then I read this one. Good job!

Carlos, you own this site now - not Bill.
Would be nice if you wrote your feelings on the matter instead, in your own words.

All these sites have cross posters, sure there are personality issues and stuff that apparently happened 'way in the past' between these sites.
Heck, speakeasy isn't even run by the same people it was when Bill had his issue with them.
They aren't around anymore, and neither is he......

I don't like that little write up he did, I'm not saying nix it but put it where it belongs - in an appropriate spot in history - because that's what it is - History.
I agree with all that, Carlos. It's your site now and you're free to take it in a new direction.

How does a person go about posting an article on the home page, anyway? What did you mean when you said "send it on over?"

If we write something, can we write it under a pen name? Considering how long things hang around on the Internet, I break into a cold sweat when I even think about putting my real name on anything I write.

I do need one, because at some point in the future, I might decide to join a religious order. Then I'd have to live in fear of some backstabbing priest or nun discovering that I once bared my soul in this smokers' rights forum, and my prospects for a holy life would be ruined.

Sorry, my imagination goes a little wild on me sometimes. I've been watching too many "Saving Grace" episodes. I'm mesmerized by the sight of Holly Hunter looking wild and lighting up whenever she feels like it.

I can't believe the antis have allowed this series to go on, considering that Grace is portrayed as -- of all things -- sexy! Men actually want to sleep with her! Can you believe the TV writers got away with that?

Where is the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids? They must have dozed off!

I actually don't censor too many posts - I just delete the trolls that post spam and such nonsense. But after re-reading the home page, I do agree it's probably too negative. I don't know anything about Speakeasy, and certainly wouldn't want to anger anyone over there. And I haven't heard from Bill since he showed me how to edit the forum, so I don't think he would even notice! My plan was to keep posting stuff on the home page, but never got around to it. If anyone here would like to post something (news, opinion, etc.) by all means please send it over!

Carlos, HI!

Since there is no PM available, I guess I'll just have to post this publicly. I have tried to add a comment to Bill's post on the home page twice (not bad, just a comment). Nothing has shown up yet. I think any comments on the home page have to be moderated by you as site owner.

Just wondering if there are other comments that haven't been approved. Confused
