She is very selective on who she will fight for concerning rights and liberties.

Time for Anne to Go

Can't they come up with anything better than that? Are all these idiots parroting each other? Do any of them have a brain or an original thought? It doesn't take a genius to figure out that the insurance argument is inherently flawed, due to the fact that people are individuals. A smoker might rarely to never go to the doctor. A non-smoker might go all the time. Who is costing more? Then you start getting into potentials and you enter "Minority Report" territory. Employers who pull this discrimination crap should be fined into oblivion and shown to be the bigots they are. Bitter? Just slightly Wink

"Minority Report" - Good movie, forgot about it - that's exactly what it is coming to, without all the nifty gadgets in the movie.

You've got it wrong glister. They'll finance those nifty gadgets with cigarette tax money Idea. I just thought of something. There should be a Freedom Academy, where a curriculum is made of books and movies designed to innoculate against totalitarian statism ie 1984, Animal Farm, Atlas Shrugged, Five Dialogues, Demolition Man, Minority Report, etc.

Right on.
Those who support this discrimination against smokers are opening the door for discrimination for piratically any reason. It is a split, splinter and divide strategy and many fools fail to comprehend the danger this can lead to.
Rudy Ruiz said, In the movie, a town nearly dooms itself via gluttony. As hamburgers, steaks and ice cream rain down, residents feast euphorically, oblivious to their expanding waistlines -- until a child succumbs to a food coma.
Rudy Ruiz needs to keep telling himself, "It's only a movie."

Or more importantly he should learn to keep his nanny nose out of other people's kitchen.

Well said! But of course, antis only care about taking actions that unnecessarily target smokers, and follow the script that national anti-smoking groups(i.e. ANRF, RWJF, etc.) want local or state anti groups to do....

Has anyone brought suit against these people, anywhere? If so, what's stopping them? What do they have to lose?
