* Get enough rest. With a good night’s sleep you’re more likely to feel fresh and alert.
* Exercise regularly. Regular exercise raises your overall energy level, so you may feel less need for a boost.
* Take a brisk walk instead of smoking if you start feeling sluggish. Moving around is a drug-free stimulant.
* Eat regular, nutritious meals. Healthful foods are a great natural source of energy.
* Drink lots of cold water. It will refresh you as it helps clear your body of nicotine.
* Avoid getting bored, which can make you feel tired. Keep your mind active, perhaps by calling a friend, reading a new magazine, or playing a game.

Wow Jessica! Thanks!

Ingenious tips. Must've taken years to develop and test these innovative solutions. Tell us more!

Understanding which needs smoking fills for you is important if you want to quit.

Actually, the ONLY thing necessary to successfully quit smoking is a true desire from deep within oneself. No outside influence or product can ensure success as much as the desire to quit.

And I personally don't understand you people having to inundate every single forum a dozen times. Once is enough and if you think it isn't, then perhaps your in the wrong place or pushing the wrong product.

You must think all smokers graduated from Special Education. Thank you for your unsolicited, unwanted advice on how to live my life. Now go save a whale, or, tree, or, something....

Take a walk. Take a long walk. Take a long, long walk and then run as fast as you can for a good long mile. Do it when the sun is bright and hot.
Then drink 1 quart/liter of ice-cold water in a single gulp. Do it on an empty stomach.

And what happens when a person does this? Does their stomach explode?
