This one is for people trying to get info on an enjoyment that the antis and sheeple are doing their best to destroy.

When quitting smoking, avoid alcohol, coffee and sugar for the first week or so as these stimulants provide a desire for cigarettes.Chewing gum or sucking on cinnamon sticks when having a craving for cigarettes is rather effective.
What are your qualifications for handing out this kind of simplistic advice? Are you a doctor, nurse or other health care professional?

In general, unless someone asks for your help, it's a good idea to avoid giving unsolicited advice because it is almost never welcome.

When one is craving the inhalation of the smoke into the lungs, chewing anything is totally useless. You really need to find a quit smoking site to push your unsolicited advice. People here LIKE smoking and will not quit for the likes of you.

I myself want to quit smoking Commercial Tobacco. I enjoy Tobacco still & never want to quit. But I don't enjoy being hooked to a toxic product. I want to use Tobacco in moderation instead of a necessity. In my opinion Growing your own Organic Tobacco is the key to become less dependent/addicted. Buying Commercial Cigarettes is like eating at McDonalds every day.

All the stories I've read about homegrown tobacco claim it is no safer than commercial tobacco, but I don't see how that can be possible. If you eliminate all pesticides and other chemicals except the bare necessities needed to make the tobacco smokable, it's bound to contain fewer toxins, and that has to be a good thing.

Besides that, I think growing the plants yourself is good for the soul, especially after all the years of abuse we've suffered over the simple act of enjoying a good smoke.
