A friend from Kentucky says they had a smoking ban in his town, and it was so unpopular they voted the mayor out, and it got reversed. Sometimes a little third party does a better job than the two big parties--remember Teddy Roosevelt and his Bull Moose Party with the 5-cent cigar? Maybe we need a new one called the Cigar Party! (My friend says he thinks they even named a BEER after him saying "The Moose is Loose".)

One of those little towns around Louisville near the big cigarette company they used to have there--B&W. I forget the name--I just know it was one of those little towns in that area.
