Back in January, 2008, newbie chrissnowdon posted in the Smoking Lobby Forum:
"Hi folks. I'm a newbie on this forum but I'm a British writer and I've just finished a book about the history of anti-smoking from 1492-2007. It's called 'Velvet Glove, Iron Fist' and I've posted 6 chapters online plus 2 extra pdfs about passive smoking.
