Yeah, I wish someone would set us both straight. It's very confusing to me where we can buy without running into problems with the government. Or owing, like that poor little old lady in New Jersey, because SmartSmoker turned her in.

Smart Smoker makes it clear on their site that they report orders. I guess that smoker from NJ became thair customer BEFORE smartsmoker.com made that change on their legal page (the same page where a smoke shop would say whetha or not they report orders).

I definitely know agoodcigarette.com doesn't report orders. I've been their customer for 1.5 years.

Anyone aside from me ever buy cigs from http://oklahoma-outlet.com ?

Over this decade, I notice one thang the online smoke shops that closed down and/or were forced to cough up records of their customers' orders to state authorities were the same smoke shops that allowed the use of credit/debit cards for payments.

And now, no US-based smoke shop accepts credit/debit cards. And I can understand why. Credit card orders are a lot more easier to trace.

Actually Yes! Especially in New York State right now, and a couple of other states are also fighting the natives for cigarette tax money.

Both my parents were born in Norway...and so were their parents. Does this somehow associate me with a bunch of long-dead white people that took stuff from the Indians?

Even if my great-great-great grandparents were born in...say...South Dakota, would that make me somehow responsible for stealing from the Indians?
