I just made a post on the "Tax PA" thread, but I think it maybe belongs here instead.
I will defer to the board moderator.
Check it out, though?

Very Happy

I've been buying from this site nativeoutlet.com for about 4 years now with no problems and I've grilled them over and over about revealing my member information and have been assured it will never be revealed. And I suggest everyone else that decides to buy from them do the same for your own peace of mind. Their "New York Seneca " & "Buffalo" taste pretty much the same as Marlboros.

But the bottom line is we all need to band together and put an end to this excessive taxation to pay for incompetent government spending. I already pay taxes and I for one am tired of being over taxed.

Enjoy the non-FSC Native cigs while they last. I heard online that Seneca Nation will be making their cigs in FSC style as of this September.

FSC
Run of the mill meaning - Fire Safe Cigarettes

FSC - Fire Safety Compliant/ Fire Safe Compliant

Then you have your:
RIP-Reduced Ignition Propensity

That never caught on [pardon the pun]

Yep, that's what their ad says; however, you have to sign for each delivery and if the government audits them...they have your name and you'll be responsible for four years worth of tobacco taxes. Sorry, I'd trust the black market first.

I don't think the fact that you signed for some packages constitutes proof that you bought cigarettes. Also, there's no way they could determine any quantities just from some signatures.

They would have to get the actual sales records from the vendor before they could try and hit you with the taxes.

Exactly, runamok...but they'd already have the sales records or how would they have found you in the first place?

I know you can buy electronic cigarettes online, these gadgets have helped some people avoid the smoking ban.

You can buy these gadgets at the following website: electronic-cigarettes-online.co.uk/

I'm pretty certain that state or federal gov't cannot walk into any Native-American business of any kind and demand much of anything.

Same goes for offshore internet cigarette vendors.

A lot of folks have been getting burned the last few years for back taxes (Jenkins Act) on smokes purchased over the internet but those were all onshore, non Native-American sites.

If I'm off base here feel free to set me straight.
