I used to order faithfully from cigoutlet.biz. I kept trying and I finally had to email the vispay and ask why my orders kept getting declined when I had more than enough room on my cc. They emailed back and asked if I had some sort of dispute against my cc and I told them I didn't. I don't know how I got blacklisted from them? I've tried using other people's cc and it still declined me. I used to order for other family members using my email, so I don't know if that's what did it to get me blocked from ordering. I need to find another place to order. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have googled european cig shops and there are so many.

I understand if this will be ignored. But this shop based in the US sells Native American cartons at a price similar to those European cartons at 13-16 bucks/carton.
Don't think Native cigs taste terrible just cause they cheap. There are a few Native brands out there that taste just as good as a Marlboro or Newport...I do mean the normal version of these brands. Seneca not only tastes like Marlboros. But they also taste like the MYOs I used to make myself.
You can learn more about Native cig brands at this shop.

Usually, online stores blacklist customers who made charge backs or disputed a credit card charge. They have number of your card and your email that's why you were declined.
You can try hot-cigs.com.Along cheap prices and reliable services, they don't report information about their customers to government (astonishing yes? ) |

Thanks for sharing anotha domain affiliated with CD2U. I agree that's the best smoke shop online period to me, and they have a large selection of brands to choose from, including the premium brands.
I'm more familiar with agoodcigarette.com...anotha domain affiliated with CD2U. But I learned a long time ago if a smoke shop like this one has multiple domains, then that shop is very legit to me. They were not liars toward me when I asked em Q's in the past.
I will say CD2U has the cheapest prices for Marlboros and Newports online compared to otha smoke shops that sell em. A Seneca carton at their shop is 12 bucks...which is very cheap. Even with shipping included, you can't beat most of CD2U's carton prices for a lot of those brands.
I even saw DuMaurier cartons at their site once (a popular Canadian brand).
They deliver my orders within 3-5 work days afta I place each order, and I've received fresh cartons everytime. |

I'm planting my own tobacco this year (actually started them already and they are sprouting nicely), as I refuse, absolutely refuse to pay into any program that no one else wants to fund but that they all demand is needed.
They can all just kiss my a$$!!!!!!! |

Keep us posted on your progress, Lynda. I might try to develop a green thumb myself. |

I admire your spunk, Lydia!
Where can we get tobacco plant seeds? I know the Amish grow it (unless the powers-that-be have put a stop to that, as well) but they reside a good distance from where I live.
Unfortunately, my options about paying back "use" tax are limited since my pension is tied-up with the State that billed me for these stupid back taxes and the first thing they do is delay (for months) then attach pensions to get their $$$ plus penalties.
If I was single with no dependents then I'd definitely fight it but, right now, this would hurt my family in a big way - sad to say. |
