| We started MYO about 3-4 months ago. Had been using the EXP1000. Decided to invest in a top o matic & just received it yesterday. My husband is going crazy. He loves the feel of it, but is having problems with cigarettes coming off the tube nozzle too soon. He says the tube nozzle is smaller. Anyone else have this problem? Any fixes? Any ideas? Thanks for your input. |

I have a Topomatic and the number one cause of malfunctions of this nature is tabacco getting into the mechanism. Turn the machine upside down, pull the rubber base, cycle the mechanism, and look for loose tabacco in the mechanism. Especially around the cam that presses the tube cincher. If you find any, blow it out while cycling the mechanism. Also make sure the rubber shoe is attached to the tube cincher on the outside of the machine.
I got my machine over a month ago and have pressed a zillion ciggies with it. It has served me quite well saved lots of $$$$$$$. |
