The founding editor of the journal Tobacco Control has succumbed to cancer at age 52.
Presuming them innocent of his distorted and hateful ideology, Doctor Ron Davis’s family has our condolences. In that his early demise itself discredits that ideology he has not died in vain.
Doctor Davis, who “mastered” the “science” of “advocating policy,” according to a fascist colleague, devoted the bulk of his abbreviated career to advancing vicious imposition of social division and oppression in the cause of enforced longevity.
One voice for the false ideals of eugenics has been stilled. So must be all the others: the task remains to exterminate the pseudo-science, to expose it under all its aliases, to disgrace all who espouse it, to bury this engine of hatred wholly and eternally.
Ron Davis didn’t just tell you how to live. He didn’t merely harass you with sanctimonious lectures and hysterical lies. He maligned you and set the cops on you. Never tolerate that. Never tolerate his kind.
We once saw Ron Davises for what they were. We once knew enough to dismiss them with ridicule. It’s past time to regain such sane perspective. Insist on sanity. Reason for yourself and live as you please, never forgetting, the Grim Reaper comes for all of us.
Sooner adopt the entire lifestyle of W.C. Fields than any particle of advice from the likes of Ron Davis. Fields lived a lot longer, but more important, he was truly human. Humanity is what Ron Davis never had and what he spent his short life trying to destroy. |

AMA Immediate Past President Ron Davis, MD, succumbs to pancreatic cancer
The leader leaves a legacy of promoting public health and preventive medicine.
What has the celebrity news and main stream media been all over this past week?
Patrick Swayze fighting Pancreatic cancer!
Villifying him because he smokes ~ blaming his cancer because he smokes!!!
Cries for him to stop smoking because it MUST have caused the pancreatic cancer!!!
And here is a top MD in Tobacco Control Propaganda dying of the same disease.
What do you bet they'll blame it on Third Hand Smoke?
Sorry to make light of this man's passing - but he has make a mockery of freedoms and liberties of adults who choose to smoke. |

| But please when you smokers die one by one please have your families post here so we anti's can mock you as well and do a little jig on ur ash filled DEAD bodies. You search and search and look for any small bit of information to try to use to make ur nasty habit appealing and worth it. Well its not. For the record Swayze is a dip shit. He certainly knows smoking did not help him with his um..." PRE-DISPOSITION " of cancer. I would hate to know one of you people helped to get a kid smoking. Why cant you just kill urselves slowley and let the youth who might want to light up make the right decision not to. ITS NOT KOOL and its a f*cking gross, disgusting, wasteful habit. |

I have a strong good feeling by the time I'm dead, you'll be dead already. If you got enough common sense on how to search the net, you might come across a page that talks about these people who lived for more than 90 years, and there are some people who lived for more than a century.
But this page mentions one thang these people who died in their 90s and 100s all had in common. They were smokers!
Good luck in living for even 80 years let alone 100. I already outlived one woman who neva smoked in her whole life. But she still died from lung cancer at 25.
I can see you now. You'll blame her family of smokers giving her lung cancer. Well, here's a newsflash. She neva lived with smokers at any point of her life. I have a good idea on how she got lung cancer, and it has nothang to do with smoking or SHS for that matta.
I probably would've died from lung cancer myself at 25 if I came from a family with a deep history of cancer-related deaths. |

And what was the name of that top doc in the tobacco control movement who just died in the past few months of the same cancer? I believe he was only 52.
You are one truly nasty thing. Does your mother know you are on here playing at the adults table? Then again, it probably doesn't matter for she obviously did NOT train you properly. |
