| My state rep Taxkiller Tom Brinkman is termed out after this year, but will be replaced by a reasonably conservative guy. Taxkiller said he is hearing different things about the likelihood of passage. Of course, he will vote right. |

| So "Taxkiller" is HEDGING now, Eh? LOL Now I'm hearing (through OhielO Smokers' Group) they only have FOURTEEN sure votes now!! The fat lady's clearing her throat and warming up. |

Sponsor testimony for SB346 is supposed to take place Wednesday.
From what we're hearing, the public will get to testify December
10th. I do not have a room or time yet (State House - Columbus).
Anyone wishing to help us by speaking on the 10th would be greatly
appreciated, especially businesses hurting from the ban.
We need people to call Senator Bill Harris 614-466-8086 and Speaker
Jon Husted 614-644-6008. Speaker Husted HAS STATED HE PERSONALLY WON'T LET ANYTHING THROUGH IN A LAME DUCK SESSION (WHY &^$$%^&&***STUPID, WORTHLESS MOTHER-F*(&^^ REPUBLICANS WILL ALWAYS LOSE-You may recall Bill Clinton & a lame-duck DEM Congress shoved NAFTA through with no discussion allowed-BUT...the 'country club' RHINOS always refuse to play dirty like they do). I've called and
we need you to call. We need to tell him what this ban has done,
that this should NOT be about politics, rather it's about saving
jobs, businesses and private clubs. We can't WAIT until next year
for new legislation to be introduced, etc. We need relief NOW.
We also need Ohioans to help us obtain signatures. Here is a hard
copy petition that can be downloaded and distributed for signatures.
