I sent my supermatic in over two weeks ago for repairs and am wondering if anyone knows how long it may take Arbro to send it back. I emailed them but have not heard back. I am getting tired of using my hand roller, it sucks. Has anyone here sent in their machine for service?

I never sent them back, after they all jammed [bought three versions - from cheaper to expensive] I bought a Topomatic - so far so good - it's been months.

I must be lucky as all hell then. I've been using the one and only machine (Premier Supermatic) I bought in February 2007 with no trouble. I do tend to clean it out every 3 months though with an old toothbrush. It's only lately been getting a bit fussy, but no problems with it at all.

My roommate has had hers for about 3 months longer than me and she only just had to replace a spring last month.
