My gf loves SUVs cause they big and they got those tainted windows. She doesn't like the idea of ANYONE disturbing her privacy from the outside, especially cops.
But I figured if we can get away with lil thangs in her SUV since the cops can't tell if we even have seat belts on, a smoker in say Maine can use an SUV to drive with kids inside of it.
A smoke cop can only pull a vehicle over if he/she sees a kid inside of the vehicle with a smoker. But a cop can only see the kid in an actual car. The cop can see nada from an SUV window.
An SUV is a nice vehicle too for making love with your opposite-sex mate outside without the public seeing sh!+ as well. |

I DO NOT HAVE SMALL CHILDREN, BUT IF I DID, IT'S MY BUSINESS IF I SMOKE IN MY OWN CAR, WITH MY OWN CHILDREN. THEY RECENTLY PASSED A LAW IN ARKANSAS, STATING THAT IF YOUR SEEN SMOKING WITH CHILDREN UNDER 6 IN YOUR VEHICLE, YOU WILL BE STOPPED, AND HEAVILY FINED. JUST ANOTHER WAY FOR THEM TO MAKE MONEY, AND TO BE ABLE TO VIOLATE TOUR RIGHTS. |

| ANYONE WHO IS IN A FASCIST STATE THAT HAS THIS LAW!! TAKE NOTE!!Go to a garage sale. Buy a car seat. Then buy a doll and put it in the car seat in the back seat of the car. Drive the cops nuts!! PLEASE NOTE: Check your laws first-in some states, like F*ckabee's, they thought of this, and it's illegal to do it EVEN WITH AN EMPTY CAR SEAT(!!!!!!)( The ba$tards think of everything if given time), but most states, you can get away with it. Actually, a lifesize doll without a car seat would work, just use a seat belt for it. Well worth the hassle, but make sure you can pass a safety check first. |

| Yeah, that was put in the language of the law in F*ckabee's state when he pushed it through as governor (Arkansas?), claiming 'It was a "JOKE" and he didn't think it would pass-but he signed it anyway). A few of the nazis thought about protest beforehand. Yes, if you smoke in your car with an empty car seat in Arkansas, you will be pulled over. It merely shows you once again why we need good old-fashioned violence in this country. |

Where did you read that it is illegal to drive with an empty car seat? I read through Act 13 and did not see anything referring to that. If it's somewhere else in their books, let me know. |

| It may not have been Arkansas. Back when this crap first came into fashion and started to spread, I was visiting various blogs from around the country. It was on one of them. Don't know which state , city, county,or town it is, I thought it was Arkansas, but at least one somewhere put it into their version of the law. Since I can't remember, that's why I said check out each law's writing before you go getting a doll and protesting. |

Ummmm the man was smoking POT........an ILLEGAL drug?.....in his car. The fact that he had his child in there too is just showing that he was more stupid than thought possible for just smoking pot in public in the first place. Then apparently he ran from the cops, leaving the child in the car...................
I don't see this as the same thing as smoking cigarettes. |
