Not since I started making my own some 4 years ago now.
Not even premium European ciggies are as good as my own. |

No on-line cigarettes for me. Find local store, pay cash, no trail. |

| I buy from "CigOutlet.biz", because they are not only far less expensive than sites in the states, but also they do not report us!!! |

| Hummm....they have always taken my Visa, including the order I recently placed. I just checked out their site, and it looked like they still are taking Visa since it was shown as an option. However, I didn't actually process the order, since I always wait until my current order arrives before placing another one. May I ask what happened when you tried to use your Visa? And what alternative did they give you? |

| When I choose visa as payment it says visa is temporarily down. Will you try it without actually processing and see if it works for you? Thanks. |

Make/Roll/Stuff your own. Cleaner tobacco and cheaper too. Then you won't have these issues.
Why anyone today is still buying ready made cigarettes surprises me..........granted I was one of you until Feb. 2007; but have since learned how easy making my own really is and I'm not having to deal with overseas anything that can get seized at customs (as has happened to some).
But that's just me. |

dj1991 ~~ As I stated before, I already did what you have requested. But, yesterday I sent an e-mail to Customer Service at "CigOutlet.biz" explaining the problem that you had, and I recieved the following reply from them, which should explain things:
Dear Elaine,
In case with your friend we should use you should use an American
Express credit card for attempt to order to go through at the present
time. The Visa payment system will be again available in the nearest
future but we cannot tell you exactly when.
In your case we can accept your Visa but with $90 limit.
We are working on Visa payments now, and we hope we will resolve both
issues. And soon, both, the restriction on Visa payments and $90 limit
will be removed. |
