Problem corrected with yesmokes. Email wasn't sent for 1st order, so I was using registration password.

I dunno, in my order status it says "Goods Sent". I guess we'll find out next week.

Is has been 4 days since placing my order with Yesmokes and I cannot confirm my order nor will they answer my 3 emails.

You are probablly doing your order status check wrong. First you are going to need the email they sent you after you ordered. Now look on it and it will have and order number and password you need these exactly as it is on the email and the dashes need to be in the order number when you place it in the proper box on the website. Say it was 526-63-789-452 you would have to enter it in like i typed with dashes and everything. Now it has a box asking for a password you have to use the one they told you in the email if you use any other password it wont work. They grant a seperate password and order number for each order. This might be why you didnt get any imfo enter it eaxctly how I told you. Lastly you cant confirm and order yesmoke is not a hotel where you can confirm a reservation or an airline where you can confirm a flight but you can check if it has been sent and what was sent thats all nothing more nothing less enter the password they gave in the email like it shows including any world and they are case sensitive. the enter your oder number with dashes like in the email rember they are case sensitive. Next hit submit once not twice or a million times just once and then wait tell it comes up. Try it exactly how I said and you should be fine. Let me know if this works.

Steven thx for your input as I was not sent back an email with the order password-just my account password. I still don't understand why they never answered my 3 emails. They did answer the one requesting the password on the order status screen and status was goods shipped-so I'll see when they arrive.

do u have the order number still if so it says you can enter that and they will email you the order paswoord. good luck
