I got Series 7 of South Park today, which has an astonishingly good satire of the anti-smoking movement on it. If you haven't seen it you can view it, in full, at http://www.southparkstudios.com/guide/713/ (just click on 'watch this full episode'). If you're not in the US you may have problems with this link but you can still see it at http://www.stansdad.com/season7/episode13/
It comes highly recommended, whether you normally watch the show or not.
If you have seen it, you probably haven't heard the director's commentary, which gives an interesting insight into how Trey Parker and Matt Stone view the smoking issue. I have transcribed it here:

I ABSOLUTELY love that episode of South Park. Thanks anyway for posting a link for anyone who hasn't seen that episode, though!
