At this point, I have resolved to keep on keeping on and if they give me anymore problems, I WILL get a restraining order.
But what I would really liike to know, is the law
The law is simple. If you're being harrassed by your landlord for doing a legal activity, he can stand to lose a LOT of money. If he's got any brains, he'll probably know this.
(EDIT-- And that goes for your neighbors as well. Give em a restraining order. That'll shut them up.)
If he doen'st have any brains, then you stand to win. (If he persists after you send him a letter saying you'll take him to court.)
Look up Tenants Rights groups. Like I said before Free lawyers. Interview them and find one who smokes. He'll give em hell.
Oh and don't forget. The whole Second Hand Smoke agenda is built on a pack of lies, and as we speak it is crumbling. |
