| How many of y'all started smoking when you were teens? I started when I was 15, but I always had trouble getting hold of cigarettes. How did everybody else do it? |

| i started smoking when i was 9 yrs old!!! i use to take them from my mom until she found out when i was 12. she then allowed me to smoke only at home and she would buy them for me. i had it great |

| I'm 25 now; when I was a teenager NJ had no system in place to stop minors from purchasing cigs. Now they have fines for store owners who sell to teens, and there are no more unattended vending machines. You should ask some teenagers who smoke now. They have more trouble getting cigs than we ever did. |

| When I was in fifth grade we sent in a large-sized ninth grader and he bought them for us. That was of course back in the early 80's, though. It is much harder now. |
