I have been smoking on and off for years, and have been trying to quit a dozen times. When I quit for a couple of years, I did the "gum," and the "nicotrol inhaler." However, when I am really stressed out, what can I say, smoking can be a good stress reliever. Who wants to not be able to sleep because you are worried when your loved ones are in trouble? No me!! I want to quit eventually, but quitting is hard. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't want to. When quitting, I would absolutely not recommend this psycho who wants you to "embrace stress" and quit cold turkey!! Use the gum, patch, Zyban, or the nicotrol inhaler. It does do some wonders. But whatever you do, stay away from this pscyho!!
Read about him below and you will understand what I am talking about!!!

| He's just some cheesy motivational speaker who tries to get people to quit smoking. Very lame. |

What I am really saying, is I think Joel or whoever he is, is crazy. If people want to quit, fine, if not fine.
All I am saying, is that I would never recommend him!!
I have a variety of friends, smokers and nonsmokers.
