Bill,
Every time the number of my total posts reaches or surpasses 1010,the next day my total posts are shown as 1007.This has happened twice in the last week. |

I can understand the question here, but I think the bigger question in my mind is why this is even an issue? |

And I thank you for bringing it up. It's not a flaw though - this only happened in the past couple of days, right?
It's because you had replied to 2 threads which I deleted in the last 2 days. One was from an Italian spammer who posted a bunch of foreign links to viagra sites, and one was from someone trying to scam an online cig store.
So, you did lose a few posts in those threads, but those are the only 2 threads I've deleted in months, and they just happened to occur in the last 2 days.
To fix this, simply don't bother replying to scammers and foreigners - I delete them whenever I find them. |

Hey Linkup, I forgot to congratulate you on reaching 1000 posts!
Thanks for all your support with making Smoking Lobby great!
Now doesn't it feel good to make a complete rank worth 1000 posts, so that it's not so easily obtainable by the hoi polloi? And who are the polloi, and why are they so hoi? |
