Why aren't they punishing the assholes responsible for pushing a bullshit agenda like SHS?

Four teenagers jailed for torture
Katy James has been left with severe scarring
Four teenagers who burned, beat and abused a girl with learning difficulties have been jailed.
The four from Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, ignited aerosol sprays to burn Katy James, 17, during four hours of torture.
Wynette Darkes, 17, and Hayley Kirby, 18, were given six and a half years in prison. James Smale, 17 and Robert Hart, 18, were given indefinite terms.
They all pleaded guilty to causing grievous bodily harm.
They also all admitted attempting to pervert the cause of justice.
Flame throwers
The two males cannot be considered for parole until they have served at least three years and three months.
Worcester Crown Court heard the attack took place at Darkes and Smales' flat in Burcot Lane on 23 March.
Prosecuting, Nicholas Cartwright said Miss James was also verbally abused, threatened with a knife, battered with a chair and foot-rest.

She was forced to drink a glass containing urine and cigarette butts and made to eat chilli powder.
Her hair and head were burnt when two aerosols were converted into "flame-throwers".
He said Kirby instigated the violence claiming to have suffered a miscarriage because Miss James smoked near her.
Judge Alastair McCreath called their behaviour "unspeakable and wicked".
"Her ordeal lasted for many hours and amounted in ordinary language to torture, physical and mental," he said.
"Whatever the apparent reason for it was, what you did was grotesquely out of proportion to anything she had ever done to you, if she had ever done anything at all."
Hearing problems
Katy's mother, Dawn Lazri, said the attack had left her daughter with long-term problems.
"She has severe scarring to her stomach and legs, on which she hopes to have plastic surgery at some time in the future.
"In addition, she now has hearing problems which were caused by the blows inflicted to her head, and she suffers from a lack of confidence."
Det Sgt Sue Farrell, from Bromsgrove CID, said it was a nasty attack which caused shock in the community.
"Katy was lucky in that her injuries were not even more serious.
"However, an experience like this is not easily forgotten.
"We are keen to reassure residents that incidents of this nature are extremely rare."
Wonder if this could be considered a "hate crime?"

Miss James, a vulnerable girl with learning problems, was lured home on March 23 where she was attacked by Kirby, her boyfriend Robert Hart, Wynette Darkes and her boyfriend James Smale. Kirby claimed that on that day she was told by a hospital that smoke in her body' had caused her to lose the child, said Nicolas Cartwright, prosecuting.
Maybe that hospital ought to be investigated? |

Alarming people with Anti ideology is a hate crime and the day sure as shootin' should come when the evil bastards get prosecuted though that day hasn't come yet. Notice the judge said the ghastly torture was "out of proportion [!] to anything she had ever done to you, if she had ever done anything at all." He sidesteps wide -- may I repeat that "out of proportion"? -- from a clear indictment of Anti ideology: which is, of course, the genesis of both this torture and of anti-smoking laws and policies this judge and others will dutifully enforce, which misbegotten laws in turn help reinforce alarm which incites attacks on smokers.
There have been lots of incidents along these lines and we can now expect them to multiply exponentially. I've been smoking myself since the 'sixties. Personally I first encountered haughty hostility from non-smokers (especially ex-smokers) in the 'eighties and first saw the panicked sort of eyes in the 'nineties. I do see more of the panic now from personal observation. Of course lots of us have been watching this and predicting ever-increasing hostility and violence for a long time. Things have been bad and getting worse, but as Jolson used to say, "You ain't seen nothin' yet."
I give points for honesty to the Antis who applaud this torture. The most honest ones cheer openly on the internet and the other honest ones keep their smirks stifled and just clap quietly amongst friends. The dishonest and/or self-deluded ones (I think of Michael Siegel and his "smokers kill now and then here or there" philosophy) occasionally pipe up to say they're shocked: if evil is banal as they tell us I guess it's fair to say it's also pathetic at times. Not a bit less evil for that though. Be prepared to protect yourself physically and brother have we ever got to take these bastards down now. |

That antismoking chick oughta count her blessings she's still alive. Because if she blamed SHS for a miscarriage, the teen smokers by me would've been MORE vicious with her. And they probably would've been jailed for life by ppfting her once the torture part was over.
I'm sorry she had to go through torture. But I actually don't blame those teens' reaction to her SHS whining. I wanna see proof that SHS causes miscarrys! |

| It wasn't somebody complaining about SHS who got tortured. It was anti-smoking kids who tortured the smoker. One of the anti-smoking kids had a miscarriage and blamed the smoking girl for that. The anti-smoking kids believe anti-smoking propaganda so that's why they tortured the girl who smoked. SHS does not cause miscarriages. |

Well since those antismoking kids sound like they have good gang-like skills, those antis forgot an important thang (and a thang that girl smoker shoud've had for self-defense), and that's the same weapon I alluded to in my previous post. Those mothas would've fled away if the smoking girl FIRED away.
Those anti kids need to be put on death row. And I ain't playing. An innocent smoker almost lost her life because of her choice to smoke. |
