Oh geez... it's been about a year or two since I ordered from OT Direct. That's serious bad news there . Going to call the credit card company and see if I can find out what they've provided and to whom. Ditto with the bank. @#$%&*!!
One more Q for you, linkup. What's the skinny with Seneca Direct? They told me that they do not report. ....... Can't believe I've been so ignorant about what's going on. Yikes.
Thanks for the advice to RYO, J.C.. Have to start looking for a local shop. I smoke menthols so that'll be a challenge. Sort of as a sidenote, I know a smoker over in England who rolls his own (some mix of strawberry flavored tobacco and something else). His house doesn't even smell of smoke, but deodorized. I kid you not! Of course they have tobacconists on every corner. The bad news is that the pure tobacco doesn't burn continuously.

Got an interesting email which is just too good to keep private
Another innovative Smoker said these guys are the best source for promo cigarettes. Marlboro 72's 2 for $3 and buy one get one free running at the same time. He said he bought out the stores entire stock of promos... 40 cartons of marlboro 72's for $300. Thats 75 cents a pack! $18 tax and $18 shipping... impressive buy!
I was able to call and verify great deals with a couple of the stores and verified they will take phone orders for customer pickup.
These are all Kangaroo express gas stations, part of http://www.thepantry.com and they sell over $200,000,000 in cigs a year. 6 Billion dollar company... over 280 locations just in South Carolina where taxes are 7 cents a pack.
If the taxes go up they have 75 stores in Mississippi at $0.17 per pack tax. Always have a plan B... Blows away Costco and membership issues!
Call them up and tell them your just interested in buying out their 2 for 1 promotional cartons and your locals are out of stock. Tell them to charge your card and setup a pickup order. Tell them your sending Fedex to pick them up.
Another Genius Suggestions from the peanut gallery:
Buy a pre-paid or virtual visa and make sure to use Bloomberg / City Hall as the billing address . Register it in his name and make sure to state campaign contribution. Use the same card at fedex.com and have them picked up and delivered to a business address or to a doorman.
Seems like old fashion phone orders are the way to go!!!
