Anyone know anything about these guys?
MLM - Panama - Shipping from the US...
https://www.sovran-solutions-online.com/z_program/index.php?section=9
"The Sovran Solutions Online Distribution Centers are all located in strategic locations in the USA. All inventories are securely stored in our temperature - humidity controlled facility and physically monitored and protected 24/7. All customer orders are packaged and shipped directly to all adults of legal age in the USA every business day. No customer databases or sales/shipping records are kept or stored at any Sovran Solutions Distribution Center."
So if they don't keep my info how would they know where to ship my order?
$25 membership fee and I get to join a MLM that pays me cash for making random sales for them?
"No order will be accepted by Sovran Solutions Online directly! All orders must come through a Referral Member website! All sales are generated 100% by the Sovran Solutions Referral Members!"
So what do they make their members take the fall?
Anyone have any experience with these folks? |

Very interesting. They are registered in Panama, but they have to be doing business in and with the NY Seneca Nation,IMO.Any orders would have to flow to the Indian Licensed Business,so they would have your shipping address. Now maybe they destroy the shipping info once shipped and the only place that has that info is in Panama. This may be a winner and a way around Spitzer and Bloomberg.
I think maybe this could be the OT Direct boss who reported customers now going offshore to pick up his overtaxed customers. The MLM feature smells like him.He also charged people to join his MLM.My advice is to avoid this for the time being. |

| Why mess around with unknowns? I've been ordering every month from http://www.cigmall.biz for years now and have never been reported. They are based in Russia so they never have to answer to the American government. I love ordering from them and saying FU CK YOU to our government which has been backstabbing us by taxing us without representation. |

I agree... I was down south playing golf 3 weeks ago and I could not believe the local cigarette prices at the chains. Costco was selling cartons of buy 1 get 1 free Marlboro' for $15.75. They don't ship but they can have orders made ready for pickup.
I'm gonna try something different... I'm going to fax in a pickup order for 4 cartons to Costco in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and send fedex to go pickem up and bring them back.
If this works then no one has my info online and I get smokes next day for cheap
I'll keep you posted. |

| Fedex, UPS, etc. have already banned all shipments of tobacco. They will not deliver any tobacco products. |

Yeah, that was to shut down a specific list of 175 Internet Cigarette Retailers from shipping cigs... Courtesy of our Friend Eliot Sphincter.
In this case Costco isn't shipping the cigs, its just a retail sale under my Costco account.
I just went online to Fedex.com and scheduled pickup... Whopping $9.56 including insurance for $750 NYC replacement cost
Keep your fingers crossed... Lets see if I get my order Wednesday |

| So, Costco has your name recorded on your account, they have a record of a sale of tobacco being shipped by Fedex, and Fedex has a record of the transaction - good luck! You're definitely going to get one of the back tax letters by your state. I'm sure Costco will comply with the law and report the sale. Again, they are required now by law to do so. |

Hmm.. As far as I know Costco just has records of a retail sale made and picked up in Myrtle Beach with South Carolina Sales Tax paid.
Costco didn't ship the cigs and would have no records other than a customer pickup order from their warehouse in SC. Fedex just has an order # to pickup a 5 lb package thats 12x12x12.
I suspect Costco might report member accounts that are purchasing large quantities of cigarettes.
You may be right though... Time will tell. |

Next time buy your cigs in person and mail to yourself USPS.
How can I see what Costco is charging for cigs in any part of the USA? The prices you stated for Marlboro are lower than the $2 tax per pack in Arizona!
The Jenkins Act requires all tobacco retailers report all shipments of tobacco. |
