They stopped them there! There is still hope ...

I am liking all these new reports which are coming out showing how bad the ban is for business ... people are beginning to wake up, albeit slowly ...

I even read that the Texas smoking ban that passed their House this week, looks all but dead in their Senate, thanks to how watered down libertarian-minded Texas House Representatives got the bill to be(which now allows business owners to opt out, if they post signage stating 'smoking permitted', and similar to a Virginia bill that passed both their House and Senate, but that Virginia's governor unfortunately vetoed). Another victory for our side!
