Petr;
Most companies ship from Europe to the US. I used to smoke Camels, and even the European ones I got said they were still made by RJR Tobacco.
The blue-box Camels (the European version) were slightly different than the American ones. Not a huge difference, but noticeable. But you're not missing anything, it's close enough. |

"Camel Blue" you mean the lights?Yes i know,this smoke is a little rubish .
Well,a friend gave me as a gift from U.S. 2 packs of Marlboro F.F.(bad cigarettes,lower quality than the European version) and a "Camel Lights"! I hate Lights cigarettes and i always smoke Camel F.F.,but this one was very good,so i'm curious to taste an American F.F.!
P.S. My name is Peter. |

Peter;
If you don't like the blue box camels than you won't like the American ones - they are extremely similar in taste, and so are the FF. There really isn't that much of a difference. |

| JT International is Japan Tobacco. They bought international rights for Reynolds brand names a few years back. I saw some genuine Reynolds products sold through Yesmoke a few years ago. They also sold the Japan Tobacco versions. You might find genuine American-made someplace but I don't know where. Most American companies make different versions of the same brands outside the USA. All of the European versions of "full flavor" (e.g Camel unfiltered or Camel filtered as opposed to lights) are lower yield (tar & nicotine & flavor) than the real American versions. Some of them, Winstons made in Rusiia for instance, taste quite different from those sold here. |
