By this account the lawmakers have had three months to settle the "most important" issue facing them.
Sounds like they need to fire them all, send them home and use the money instead of another tax increase
What happened to the lottery that was to pay that bill? ------Musta spent that money on something else

It's still here Ya just gotta know where to look
They tried that-----selling booze on the corner to cut down on the SHINE but there's still a demand for the good stuff
