Idea
I personally feel that the smoking bans are more about bans of our freedom to choose. This may be fun for everyone to add to a list of things that are unhealthy, offensive, or costly to our society just to see where our country is headed if they continue with the anti's line of reasoning.

What I would really like to produce is also the scientific data that shows how the numbers stack up against the smoking numbers.

Here are some suggestions to start with. This will be fun...

Unhealthy or Offensive Activities that affect others directly -

BBQ or Charcoal Smoke
Grilled Meat Fumes
Perfumes
Other food smells like Curry
Pollens
Body Odor
LawnMower and Gas Power Tool Emissions
Ammunitions and Fireworks Fumes

Unhealthy Choices that affect the Individual but Society Indirectly

Fast Food Ingestion
Trans Fat Ingestion
Sky-Diving
Swimming without Floaties
Using Power Tools without Eye Protection

I agree that this owner should be able to make this decision, whats next a legislative ban on the ban to have children only sections?

I have nothing against using fire-safe paper in cigarettes, assuming it tastes and works functionally the same as traditional paper. But I do not like this "ban-happy" atmosphere around legislatures.

Does anyone know of any disadvantages to using fire-proof cigarettes?
