Well, its not a user-submitted article but it's always nice to see smokinglobby mentioned in the news. AP ran a story with our link in it that got picked up by at least the Philadelphia Enquirer:

I'm glad they finally mentioned this in that article:

It's about time someone mentioned that legislators are tax profiling us - it's the same as when cops profile races for crimes.

That's what I've been saying all along nate, it's unfair to target part of the population when the ultimate benefit goes to the majority. How do you think these new roads, playgrounds, etc. get paid for? Smoker's tax payments.

Thank God the tobacco companies are finally realizing this! It's ludicrous!
