Well Blair wants to anyone but him to take over so I doubt he'll get much of a chance to enjoy it. Besides they are 99% certain to be booted out and not be back in power for at least a generation after the mess they've made on virtually every possible subject. I think the prevailing opinion on him is that if he wanted to be trusted to run the country he should have stood up and said enoughs enough when Blair was questioned by the police on fraud charges and made a bid to take over then. As he didn't have anything to say about it he's seen as being about as trustworthy!
The other thing is he's directly responsible for an idea whereby we'd be forced to have satellite tracking devices in all our cars so that the government could charge us per mile we drive apparently to cut down on global warming heh. Nothing to do with extra tax or tracking our every movement obviously. We don't even like speed cameras on our roads over here, they get smashed down blown up and beaten to pieces with baseball bats on a regular basis and I think about a million people have written to him telling him to stick that idea so he's not too popular all round really. |
