| I don't really understand why this guy can't just be honest. He still never answered the question I had on why they have offices in Panama, a US 800 number, and ship from a European bonded warehouse. It sounds like too many hands are in this operation. Another problem I have with this site is they say in some states you have to be 21 to buy tobacco. There is no US state where you have to be 21 to buy tobacco. Most states are 18, and a couple are 19. They just want to refuse to send the cigarettes to these adults and keep their money. I've seen this before. It's because of dishonist companies like this that the government can use the excuse that terrorists are involved with online tobacco. |

| Some legitimate sites voluntarilly not sell to people under 21, becasue they want to show the government and RJ Renolds that they're tyring to do the politically correct thing. I don't have a problem with this. The only thing I have a problem with is when sites come out and lie, in fine print of course, that they are complying with some law that doesn't exhist. I just wanted to clear them up. |

| I'm sure the legit online tobacco shop sites want to show PM (the king of tobacco companies) they're doing the politically correct thing too. It is weird while you have to be at least 18 in most states (19 in a few states) to buy tobacco products, you have to be at least 21 to use cig pack/carton coupons. |

| PM and Renolds take such a different view on tobacco in general. I don't think there's anything that an online cigarette shop can do to get PM to support them. I could picture Renolds discretly supporting an online retailer sometime in the future though. I think PM is trying to be too controling now. |
