I saw that you have a new brand and can't wait to try it! I've been making my own for a while now but have been very impressed with the brands you have available, especially Skydancer. Can you describe the new brand...is it nice and smooth? What kind of blend is in it?
What brand do you make? Is it just for your own use? Or do you sell it? How about if I post that info you want the online sales section. I'd love to tell you all about it, but I feel weird doing it here.

There are a couple of brands I wish we could pick up. I like the concept of the Sotoya Organic Tying Tobacco. They are Native, but not federal. We can only do what we do, buy sticking to recognized tribes. There is a Native brand in Washington that I'd like to get too, but they want too much money per carton. Nobody would buy it in our store. I'm getting kind of off topic here, so, I'll post a write up of that info you want in the online sales section with some pictures. It would be my pleasure really.

Hi Angry,
Right now I'm making my own with a Supermatic. I use D&R tobacco and my favorites are Windsale Platnium ( 100% Flu cured Virginian) and Ramback Gold (Turkish and flu cured virginian blend). I have ordered from your store in the past and have been very impressed with your customer service and brands. Skydancer lights were my favorite along with the Opal 120 lights (I love the 120 style). Had I known about a store like your's or MYO earlier, I never would have smoked commercial cigs...and I never will again.
Please tell me about your new brand. What kind of blend do you use? Are they additive free?

I am not Angry Smoker (by the way,"angrysmoker is the owner of Blackhawktobacco.com),but I think you should try NATIVE BRAND (all natural) Cigs. Buy from any shop that will not report you to tax freaks.

The new Brand is here:
http://www.blackhawktobaccoshop.com/blackhawk/

Where are "Blackhawk" Cigs manufactured, and by whom?
Where are the Tobaccos grown? What are the Blends?
Are they just the same as another Native Brand with a New Label?
What differentiates Blackhawk from Native (both all natural)?
How much money are you paying to Gov to allow you to sell your own Brand and be free of lawsuits?

But other Native Brands like "NATIVE" are cheaper here:

P.S.
I have no affiliation with either of the above websites.

I am really, really sorry about the delay. I promised to post some information about our cigarette, but I never got around to it. When I was collecting that information, we were slammed with these new payment changes. I've been wrapped up in thay affair for the last 5/6 weeks.

Here are the answers to your questions:

"Where are "Blackhawk" Cigs manufactured, and by whom?"
Black Hawk is manufactured on the Tuscarora Indian Nation by Smokin Joes for Black Hawk Tobacco, Inc. We own the trademarks for the blend, the name and the logo. We work very closely with Smokin Joes and we are very grateful for all of their help.

"Where are the Tobaccos grown? What are the Blends? Are they just the same as another Native Brand with a New Label?"
The blend is not the same as another brand. It is unique to Black Hawk. All other information about the blend is a secret. Sorry.

"What differentiates Blackhawk from Native (both all natural)?"
It is interesting that you ask what differentiates Black Hawk from the Native All Natural brand. When we were testing it, we were thinking of it as a replacement for Natives. Natives All Natural were having problems with meeting delivery of their products. We wanted to give our Native smokers an alternative. Black Hawk is lighter than Natives. As best as we can estimate, we use a 20% lighter leaf.

"How much money are you paying to Gov to allow you to sell your own Brand and be free of lawsuits?"
Why do you want to know? That's an odd question. I am not going to tell you what we pay the government. That's private. We are FDA approved and legal. The only thing you really need to know is that we pay the Federal government immediately.

True other companies sell their Native products cheaper than we do. They also sell both commercial and Native brands side by side. We don't. We'll never sell anything other than Native American brands and products.
