ARE YOU SAYING THAT SOMEONE IS FORCING YOU TO INHALE SECOND HAND SMOKE!!!!!

Problem with paranoids like you IS THAT YOU BELIEVE IT!

No one is EVER FORCED to do that, AND YOU KNOW IT!!!!!

Drink alcohol in YOUR OWN HOME. Drive your car IN YOUR OWN HOME. Snow Ski IN YOUR OWN HOME.

Don't risk MY LIFE with YOUR mundane daily activities.

There will not be an answer to this post by Bon, he's to busy trying to fight off all of us smokers that, in his twisted mind, ARE FORCING HIM....

Geez, If I sound redundant then I am sorry but...................

GET A LIFE

I am a non-smoker, i know what the hell am i on on a smoking website? Actually i am doing an argumentative essay about smoking in public. I am trying to find out what smokers feel about banning smoking in public and to pointout my views to others aswell...i feel that if i want to go to eat at a public restarant, then i shouldnt have to have to go through the smoking section to get to the non-smoking section. i have no problem with smokers, all of my friends are smokers but they are courteous to me enough to go outside and smoke. When smoking is banned it just pisses off smokers because they are inconvenienced, whereas non-smokers are inconvenienced as well when people smoke around them in a public place. i feel that if it is banned, then if smokers really want to smoke bad enough, they will go outside to do it, and if that is too much to ask, then they will probably just quit all together. its a battle that no one will ever win and no one will ever be satisfied, i personally would like for smoking to be banned in public just because i hate the smell of it, but it wouldnt really bother me if it never did get banned........

I don't know how it inconviences you. The smokers are OUTSIDE of the public place smoking, not INSIDE within the smoke-free environment. You would have a point if you spent the majority of your time outside. If you spent most of your time outside every day where the smoke bothers you (although the wind blows it away), then you should try showing your disapproval for the smoking bans in your area.

Of course, you could move to CA. That's the closest place I know of that doesn't allow smoking outside as well as inside. According to my understanding, home is the only place where people can smoke at in CA.

Actually, I believe I read somewhere that a smoker got a ticket in CA for smoking in HIS car in a non-smoking neighborhood. I swear, it's getting to be worst than the damned DUI checkpoints!

If I lived in CA; I would probably be in jail by now. I wonder if you could still smoke in jails in CA.

That's a terrible thing that a man can't have a cigarette in his car in California. I wonder if it's illegal to posess cigarettes in a non smoking town in California. I'd like to take a road trip to that town where the man got a ticket and thow some butts around the town.
