| I am considering a lawsuit against my state for voting a ban on smoking. I would like to know where to start. I am in Connecticut. Is anyone else interested????? |

Hi Shafto,
I am not sure where to tell you to start, but if you check out the links page you may find more info. about this subject. You could also try contacting www.forces.org as I believe they have some lawsuits in the works (I'm not positive, but I think that they do). Also, NYCCLASH has a lawsuit going about the ridiculous smoking ban NYC smokers are facing. While they may not divulge exactly what they do, they may be able to point you towards some legal person who may help you out.
I hope this helps, and if anyone else has some better advice to beat these anti's, please chime in
