Looks like the blue one you posted is the most recent - they changed the color of their packaging - looks like the grey one is older.
If you can actually see the boxes [not buying online] look for the manufacturer date.

From the manufacturer site:
Fairfield, N.J. – March 29, 2005 – To create excitement for one of the most popular brands of tobacco accessories on the market, and celebrate the recent addition of Premier to the Robert Burton Associate’s (RBA) brand portfolio, RBA is introducing new packaging for the Premier Supermatic line of tabletop injector machines.

The Premier line of Supermatic, Supermatic II and Premier Excel table top injectors has given a boost to the Make Your Own (MYO) industry like no other single product line. Simply the best and most reliable injectors available, they have made it easy for consumers to save money without sacrificing quality when making their own cigarettes. Now with an attractive new look that is consistent across all three products, the Premier Supermatic line will be even more readily identifiable to consumers. With its signature royal blue, red and gold brand colors, the Premier packaging is eye catching and thoughtfully includes instructions in three languages.
