| My friend just told me that she can no longer have a smoke on her break. Her boss has implanted a rule that smoking must be done in ones car and if you do not have a car you simple can NOT smoke! I know this breaks several rules, but I need to know where to find them and print them off at. Can anyone help me out here? |

That's more than just bullshit. That "new rule" on the person's job is no different from someone telling one of a different nationality to go somewhere else, or suffer the consequences.
In this case, the smoker is being told to go and smoke in the car (the "somewhere else"), or that smoker will either get fired for breaking the rules, or simply suffer by not smoking without the car (the latter are the "consequences").
What is a smoker (on a job like that) supposed to do in NY, where I hear it's illegal over there to smoke in your own car period? |
