"And the folks at FOX are not our friends, either."
Despite Milroy and Balko having monthly columns on Foxnews.com, I would agree with the above statement.
I would love to see either one (or both) of these guys go toe to toe with O'Reilly.
O'Reilly: "Well, thanks for comin' on and takin' the heat. I think you guys are dead wrong but we'll let the folks decide". |

runamok, I don't have an answer for how O'Reilly or Hannity would handle Milloy on the junk science of SHS. I have seen some spots where they have had him on to discuss global warming. I'll try to find the transcripts.
Global warming is the single issue in mainstream political discourse that closely mimics the ETS debate. It's really ironic. Same tactics: scare mongering, junk science, bogus studies, research scientists salivating at grant money, liberal media drinking the kool aid.
I guess that's why politics fascinate me despite myself. I should probably act like most normal people and admit public serpents are all power hungry sleazebags and ignore the whole thing.
No wonder 86% of Americans can't name their Senators or local representatives either in Congress or on the state level. Of course, they know every contestant on "The Apprentice", every dancer on "Dancing With the Stars", and can name the entire cast of "Desperate Housewives" and the "Sopranos". I think I know the answer why, but I would love to hear other people's thoughts.
As much as I talk about what is wrong with Socialism and Communism, you can't ignore that there is something wrong with Democracy too. It scares me and saddens me because I believe in the concept. |

BTW, runamok, it's a great question/statement. I would pay $49.99 for a pay per view special where O'Reilly and Hannity go toe to toe with Milloy or Gian Turci from Forces on the ETS fraud.
You seem to disagree, but I think they would understand and agree to an extent. |
