I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post this in or if should be posted in the "Online Tobacco Sales" forum, but, here is my question.
Would anyone know a good website where I could buy Tops Rolling papers in bulk? Usually I just buy 5 packs of papers at a time from the local smoke shop, but recently they have run out. I figure this may be cheaper.
